 Edukans, ICCO and Woord en Daad carried out a joint evaluation of part of their programmes in Albania, Ethiopia, India and Kenya. The evaluation focused on Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) activities in these four countries, including the policy development and the interaction of the Dutch organisations with their Southern counterparts.
